He is a Chartered Accountant, Stock Broker, Tax Consultant, Mortgage Adviser & Charity Independent Examiner in the United Kingdom.

Muyiwa is a  Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and has an extensive experience in Capital Market operations. In 1994 he resigned as the General Manager of a Stock Broking firm, an arm of a Merchant Bank & went into Consultancy.

He consulted on Value Added Tax (VAT) in the Petroleum Industry in mid 90s and served as Project Monitoring Consultant for a State Government in Nigeria in Year 2000 before extending his consultancy services beyond the shores of Nigeria to the United Kingdom.

One of his achievements in the UK was his ability to set up and manage the accounting system of a Charity Organisation with more than 50 branches in different parts of United Kingdom; an assignment that received a clean bill of health from The Charity Commission of England & Wales.

Muyiwa, MBA holder from University of Ibadan in Nigeria is an alumna of Institute of Financial Services (IFS) & an Associate Member of Charity Independent Examiner in the United Kingdom, is happily married to Olanike Coker, a Chartered Accountant.

Festus Olatunde

A Chartered Accountant and Certified Business Continuity Practitioner with more than 18 years experience in the Financial Industry. He heads the Business Development Team.

Festus has a thorough blend in Audit, IT Systems, Business Continuity Management, Information Security, Risk Assessment and Project Management. He was head-hunted to work as financial consultant for Her Majesty The Queen Mother of England in the Queen Nursing Institute and won commendation for recommending best financial and IT strategies that improved the financial operations.

With more than eight years work experience in Barclays Bank London, he rose to the position of Consultant in Business Continuity Management (BCM)and Sabarnes-Oxley (SOX) after successfully managing projects at the branches and head-office including Barclaycard. He has to his credit some commendations and awards for introducing best practice and contributions to the progress of Barclays.

Amongst his recent deliverables are Royal Bank of Scotland (SOX implementation and testing), Cummins Inc (SOX and BCM implementation), Spirit Euro ( BCM and SOX Compliance), Perth & Kinross Council (Special Consultant on Revenue, Budget and IT compliance), and FMC Technology (Internal Audit, BCM and SOX Compliance). 

Festus has successfully implemented projects in Audit, SAP and SAP BW, Common Look and Feel Management Reports, Change Management, Risk Governance, Business Continuity Management and Sarbanes-Oxley.

He is a member of the Association of Masters in Business Administration and an MBA alumnus of the University of Manchester Business School

He is a graduate of Physics & Software Engineering and Certified professional in Microsoft Technology, IBM Technology and Prince 2 Project Management Technology.

With over 15 years experience in IT industry in Africa & United Kingdom, Ajibade has been able to undertake for Blue Chip companies strategic technology planning, execution, and policy development. Among areas of his competence are: E-Government planning & architecture, Security and Biometrics Technology, IT Data enter management, Technology application in business process, IT Architecture planning and Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity.

In the cause of his career Ajibade was able to assist a lot of organisations to apply technology solutions to business problems, carry out systems networking, develop & execute an enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan, initiate governance processes of organisation’s architecture etc.

Ajibade is happily married with children.

Seun, a British trained Solicitor of the supreme court of England & Wales & has since 1999 been practicing law in the UK.

A seasoned lawyer with an adept management skill, Seun had in the past served as Legal Adviser to Corporate bodies on various type of projects & equally advises on procurements and acquisitions, contracts and PPP.

Seun plays an advisory role for local authorities in the UK on various housing matters and represents clients in various possession matters from county courts up to appeallate courts. 

Seun serves as the company’s secretary in addition to overseeing the Administrative/Secretarial unit of the organisation.

Seun is happily married with children and he enjoys driving, watching boxing and football.
